Anne Celeste Heche - an American actress, who appeared in various genres of film TV, theatre and stage - was a well known American. She won numerous accolades like her Daytime Emmy Award for her acting in theater and television. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11 2022) was an American actor. From 1987 to 1991, she earned recognition for her role as Vicky Hudson's twin sister Marley Love. This led to two Soap Opera Digest Awards and an Daytime Emmy Award. In the 1990s, she gained more fame with her appearances in films Donnie Brasco (1997), Volcano (1997) as well as I Know What You Did last Summer (1997). At the age of 18 she played Joan Crawford, Joan's daughter. It was Joan's last acting appearance. There is a popular belief that Anne did not want to play the part of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's film Halloween in 1978, which was later recast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that they were interested in her but she declined. Anne did not recall contact with the name of John Carpenter nor being offered the role. Perhaps one of her representatives declined the role for her, but without notifying her. Glen Larson, who had sent her the very first draft of the script for a role in the tv show Battlestar Galactica from 1978, first chose her. At first, she turned down the part because it was too fragile. Glen created a completely different character to play Sheba and it was more powerful. The Living Legend was accepted following her reading of the original 25 pages of the script. It lasted for just one season. The actress was in Joyride the 1977 film co-starring Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) in addition to together with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
